Lennisa was looking for a way to waterproof the basement of her Binghamton, NY home and decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist determined that our CleanSpace system would best suit Lennisa's basement. 

CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is durable, washable, and has built-in anti-microbial protection.  CleanSpace is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls and is a great way to prevent humidity from making its way through concrete walls and into the basement.  By choosing to install the CleanSpace system in her basement, Lennisa is ensuring that her basement is permanently dry and waterproofed.

Michael has been having issues with a drain in his finished basement bringing in water.  Wanting to ensure that the space remained dry, he decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of solutions would be necessary to fully waterproof Michael's basement including; a TripleSafe Sump Pump, the SaniDry Sedona, and the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard perimeter draining systems. 

The TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate protection against water entering the home.  Next, TrenchDrain and WaterGuard are perimeter draining systems used to collect water and direct to the Sump Pump.  Finally, the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system will be installed to ensure that the basement stays dry and mold free.  With these systems in place, Michael can rest assured that his home is permanently waterproofed.
