Crawl Space Encapsulation Central New York
Todd and Meg from Kirkville home had a scary sagging floor crawl space problem. After a heavy rainstorm, their crawl space flooded. Kirkville, NY Crawlspace Transformation Improves Living Space
A damp, cold crawlspace in Kirkville, NY created an uncomfortable living space above. The home owner saw an ad for Woodford Brothers on TV and it showed a crawlspace just like his along with images of the transformation that was possible. This prompted him to schedule a free estimate. Design Specialist, Nick, provided a thorough inspection along with a same day proposal with options and exact pricing. They agreed that the Ultimate Energy Savings option was ideal for this home owner's needs. Our installation crew, led by Foreman James, installed Silverglo insulation on the walls as well as drainage matting on the floor with Terrablock insulation on the floor. The result of the work is a comfortable living space with improved quality of life and peace of mind knowing that the work was done properly and will last.

Sagging Floors Fix Central New York
Charlie and Ladis's home in Cincinnatus had a foundation problem. They loved their home in Cortland county but knew they had to fix their sagging floors. They tried a few things to fix the problem themselves, but that didn't work. They decide to call in the experts at foundation repair Woodford Brothers. Our Design specialist made a clear plan to fix the dropping floor. Then in early February, our crews installed a foundation repair system called Smartjacks. We install our Smartjacks into the floor with concrete. Now Charlie and Ladis can sleep with peace of mind knowing their home is back on a solid foundation.
