Marietta has been living in her Oneonta, NY home for nearly five years. After an inspection of the basement, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of the WaterGuard, SuperSump Plus, and CleanSpace systems. 

WaterGuard is a French drain system designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water that seeps through the basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate protection for wet basements, pumping up to 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Finally, the CleanSpace system is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is perfect for unfinished basement walls. Additionally, CleanSpace protects against humidity and mold growth. With this combination of systems, Marietta can rest assured that her basement is permanently waterproofed. 

The apron of the garage on this Herkimer, NY home was built with decorative stamped concrete slabs. The home owner always knew it was cracked and settling but it was getting worse.
