Michael called us, the concrete leveling experts at Woodford Brothers. My crew install polylevel foam under their garage to stabilize the concrete. Now Michael and Susan don't have to worry about their garage anymore.

Kathleen has a 100 year old farmhouse in Remsen, NY. Her floors were uneven for years and seemed to be getting worse. Cracks started showing up in the drywall, windows were not closing properly and she could feel it every time she walked through her kitchen. 

She called Woodford Brothers after hearing about us from a trusted friend. Our Customer Care Department set her up with an inspection with our Design Specialist, Bobby. He performed a thorough inspection, then developed a proposal for Kathleen. Kathleen decided to fix the problem for good so Bobby set her up with an installation date with our crew foreman, Jay.

Now Kathleen has floors that are stabilized permanently with our Smart Jack system and peace of mind that the problem is taken care of.

When homeowners in Canton, NY noticed the foundation of their newly purchased home had some issues, they knew taking action quickly would be crucial for peace of mind and safety. As you can see in the before photo, the signs of foundation distress were evident. Our team stepped in with PowerBrace - a reliable solution designed for long-term stability. The after photo showcases a secure, reinforced foundation, ready for years of memories in their new home. Kelly's new home was perfect for her but there were some issues with the foundation. When the home was constructed part of the footer was not below the frost line. This can create problems caused by the freeze/thaw cycle. When the soil surrounding the footer is saturated with water in the colder seasons it is liable to freeze. Since water expands when it freezes it causes frost heave which has great potential to damage the home's foundation. Our solution to this problem is to excavate that part of the foundation, install specially engineered drainage called EZ Flow then install a completely inorganic insulation material called Silverglo that will prevent that part of the footer from being exposed to the damage-inducing ice. The soil is then placed back against the house so that it can be reseeded. Kelly now has peace of mind that her foundation is protected from the ever-present force of nature that is frost heave.
