Before tackling this project in Utica, NY, our team faced a basement and foundation that wasn't just unstable but had been incorrectly stabilized by a previous contractor. Understandably, this left the homeowner seeking a real solution. As you can see in our before photo, the damage was significant. This home in Clayville, NY had a couple of cinderblock columns that had shifted and failed causing the floors inside the home to be uneven and sloping. The door always wasn't operating correctly. Woodford Brothers lifted everything back into place and installed some 6x6 posts with a base below frost and Y-Bracing. 

Michael and Susan's home in Barneveld had a concrete problem in their garage. The problem was a long crack that seemed to be getting worse. Michael called us, the concrete leveling experts at Woodford Brothers. My crew install polylevel foam under their garage to stabilize the concrete. Now Michael and Susan don't have to worry about their garage anymore.

Kathleen has a 100 year old farmhouse in Remsen, NY. Her floors were uneven for years and seemed to be getting worse. Cracks started showing up in the drywall, windows were not closing properly and she could feel it every time she walked through her kitchen.
