Diane has been living in her Cazenovia, NY home for three years.  Since moving in she has been dealing with water issues in her garage and basement.  Wanting to find the right solution to fix the issue and restore her peace of mind, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist determined that the NexusPro and SealantPro systems would be the proper first step in sealing the cracks causing water intrusion. 

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection against soil compaction and washout.  Additionally, SealantPro permanently protects concrete from water, dirt, and other contaminants in a single coat.  With these two systems in place, Diane can have the peace of mind that her concrete is permanently sealed against water damage.  

In this Cazenovia, NY, project, a homeowner contacted us as part of their home improvement endeavors, seeking to stabilize their property. As shown in the before photo, the crawlspace exhibited noticeable instability with sagging beams. We employed our SmartJack System to address this issue effectively. Notice in the after photo how the galvanized steel columns now provide robust support, stabilizing the crawl space beams and floor joists. Our engineered solution enhances the residence's structure by redistributing foundation weight, lifting sagging floors to their proper elevation and reinforcing its sustainability.

The concrete steps leading up to the entry of Susan's Kirkwood, NY home settled and were leaning hard to one side. The problem started small and seemed to get worse each year becoming a hazard for her, her family and their guests. After learning about PolyLevel and what it can do she set out to find some one near her that could apply it to her situation. Lifting the steps back into place is a much simpler, cheaper, quicker and cleaner way to solve the problem. She called us and set up her free estimate appointment through our Customer Care Department. Our expert PolyLevel Design Specialist, Joe, provided a thorough inspection on the steps and provided Susan with a same day proposal for us to complete the work. Then the installation date was set. Our Installation crew, led by Richard, worked well as a team to accomplish the job and Susan was grateful that the hazard was mitigated before winter. 

Carol from Watertown, NY had Woodford Bros., Inc. replace part of her foundation that was old and no longer stabilizing her home. Woodford Bros., Inc. replaced the old foundation and laid new cement blocks.
