Peter's home in Cazenovia, NY had a wet basement problem. Peter already had s sump pump but it didn't stop the water from spilling across the basement floor. He created a dam system to push the water towards the sump pump and that seemed to help. But in the back of his mind, he knew he need a more permanent solution. What Peter really wanted was a more powerful sump and a backup system. Where his house is in Cazenovia power sometimes goes out. And every time it rained the power went out. That meant his sump would stop and his basement would flood. After a little digging online Peter found out about our triple safe system that included a battery backup. He knew that was the answer he was looking for. Now Peter doesn't have to worry about the power going out.

Diane has been living in her Cazenovia, NY home for three years.  Since moving in she has been dealing with water issues in her garage and basement.  Wanting to find the right solution to fix the issue and restore her peace of mind, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist determined that the NexusPro and SealantPro systems would be the proper first step in sealing the cracks causing water intrusion. 

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection against soil compaction and washout.  Additionally, SealantPro permanently protects concrete from water, dirt, and other contaminants in a single coat.  With these two systems in place, Diane can have the peace of mind that her concrete is permanently sealed against water damage.  

The concrete steps leading up to the entry of Susan's Kirkwood, NY home settled and were leaning hard to one side. The problem started small and seemed to get worse each year becoming a hazard for her, her family and their guests. After learning about PolyLevel and what it can do she set out to find some one near her that could apply it to her situation. Lifting the steps back into place is a much simpler, cheaper, quicker and cleaner way to solve the problem. She called us and set up her free estimate appointment through our Customer Care Department. Our Installation crew, led by Richard, worked well as a team to accomplish the job and Susan was grateful that the hazard was mitigated before winter.
