Janice and John's home in Oxford, NY had a sagging floor problem. Janice didn't pay attention to the floor sagging, until one day their closet door stopped closing. John knew the problem was his support beams settling. John called in the basement repair experts at Woodford Brothers. Our crew installed a sagging floor system called smart jacks. Built to fix sagging floors our Smart Jacks are the crew to any dropping floor. Fixed in two days Janice loved her level floor. She says she never knew how far it had dropped until we fixed the problem.

When new homeowners in Owego, NY, noticed their floors sagging, they knew they couldn't install new flooring without first addressing the root of the issue. As seen in the before photo, the support posts look worse for wear, however, our SmartJack system was installed to successfully stabilize and lift the sagging floors, providing a solid foundation for their home renovations. Through this project, Woodford Bros. was able to once again demonstrate our commitment to providing reliable and long-lasting solutions along with a remarkable customer experience.
