In Cortland, NY, high radon levels posed a health risk for this homeowner. We tackled this issue by installing a sub-slab depressurization system. This solution is able to redirect the radon gas and vent it out, away from the home. Radon entry points were then sealed to resist gas entry, using a urethane caulking compound. As a result, the radon levels were safely mitigated. Our work ensures better energy efficiency and peace of mind, supporting our commitment to quality and service excellence.
Patrick had a major radon problem in his home in Homer, NY. This Cortland country resident just wanted his home to be safe for his family. Due to the big radon number, Patrick decided to use an ERV system to get the dangerous Radon out.
