Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Mark has been living in his Cayuga, NY home for 15 years.  He has noticed issues during heavy rain with water entering his crawl space.  To ensure that the issue was fixed permanently, Mark decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a handful of solutions would be necessary including the CleanSpace system, the SmartSump system, and the SaniDry Sedona.

The room above Nancy's vented dirt crawlspace was cold. There was a damp smell coming from the crawlspace and there were always critters in there. Moisture would build up from humidity in the summer and it began to cause damage to wood flooring system. It was time was time to change from old crawlspace thinking to new crawlspace thinking. We covered all the vents, insulated the floor and walls then finally lined the entire space with the awesome Cleanspace liner. To top it all off we installed a Sanidry Sedona crawlspace air system to control the humidity and filter the air. The transformation is awesome and the difference in the air quality in the whole home was noticed immediately.
