Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Allison purchased her forever home in 2013 in Cooperstown, NY. After the first couple of years in the house she noticed that cracks had formed in the poured concrete foundation wall. On the day of the inspection our Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection followed by a detailed presentation that explained exactly what causes the problem, exactly how we will fix it and exactly how much it will cost. She learned about our FlexiSpan leak repair system. FlexiSpan is permanent solution for leaky cracks in a poured foundation. A channel is created that leads to a sub slab drainage system. The epoxy that is used is designed to expand and contract along with the wall through seasonal changes. We are so sure that this solution will last that it comes with a 25 year warranty. Now Allison has peace of mind that the basement of her forever home is leak free. 

Kyle wanted to use his basement to store items since he moved into his home in 2020. The problem was that he could not rely on the basement floors being dry since water would seep in during heavy rains. He found Woodford Brothers online and called to schedule his free estimate. Brittney and Andrew of Norfolk, NY experienced a wet finished basement. Frequent use of a shop vac and concerns of mold hindered their hopes of using the basement space for additional bedrooms. Our Customer Care department helped Brittney and Andrew schedule their free estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Tim. On the day of the appointment Tim carefully inspected the basement and drew up a plan with some options for Brittney and Andrew to consider. They agreed that the best course of action was to remove the wood paneling along the bottom portion of the wall and install Waterguard and a Super Sump Plus. Our installation crew, led by Zach, carefully and expertly installed the system taking into consideration the expectations and the goals of the home owners. The basement of Karissa's Massena, NY home has always had issues with water intrusion and dampness.  Wanting to take the steps to permanently waterproof the basement and ensure that it stayed dry, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of systems would be necessary to waterproof Karissa's basement, including the TripleSafe sump pump, TrenchDrain and WaterGuard, and the SaniDry Sedona.  

First, TrenchDrain and WaterGuard, French drain systems, will be installed to collect water that seeps through the foundation walls and drain it to the sump pump.  The TripleSafe sump pump will then be installed to collect water and direct it out of the home.  Finally, the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system will be installed to eliminate damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air.  With these systems in place, Karissa can have the peace of mind that her basement is permanently dry and waterproofed.
