Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

David has been living in his Waterloo, NY home since 2015.  Three years ago he finished his basement to have additional living space, which has since been rendered unusable due to water entering his basement.  Frustrated that his newly finished basement was ruined, David decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of systems would be necessary to waterproof David's basement, including the TripleSafe Sump Pump, the WaterGuard and TrenchDrain systems, and the SaniDry Sedona.  

First, the TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate protection for homeowners who have had issues with water in their basements.  Next WaterGuard and TrenchDrain will be installed to collect any water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will provide further protection against moisture by eliminating damp and musty odors by drying and filtering the air.  With this combination of systems, David can have the peace of mind that his basement is dry and usable, and no longer has to worry about water intrusion.
