Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

As Jennifer sat in her Manlius, NY home, she couldn't help but feel frustrated. Despite having a sump in her finished basement, water was still finding its way in. Michael has been having issues with a drain in his finished basement bringing in water.  Wanting to ensure that the space remained dry, he decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of solutions would be necessary to fully waterproof Michael's basement including; a TripleSafe Sump Pump, the SaniDry Sedona, and the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard perimeter draining systems. 

The TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate protection against water entering the home.  Next, TrenchDrain and WaterGuard are perimeter draining systems used to collect water and direct to the Sump Pump.  Finally, the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system will be installed to ensure that the basement stays dry and mold free.  With these systems in place, Michael can rest assured that his home is permanently waterproofed.
