This basement was full of water, now the home owner in Camillus can rest easy. The crew installed Waterguard and a triple safe sump pump. 

For upwards of 10 years, Kimberly had thought about doing something about her wet basement. Every time there was a heavy rain she had to grab a mop to clean up the water on the floor. She stopped by to talk to us at our booth at the NY State fair and decided it was time for a free estimate. Joe, one of our Design Specialists, paid close attention to what Kimberly would like to accomplish. He proceeded to perform a thorough inspection to determine the best course of action for her specific needs and wants. He gathered information and presented all of her options on the same day of the inspection. Any concerns about wet basement floors and musty, moldy air would be gone by installing Waterguard with a Triple Safe sump and a Sanidry. They also decided to upgrade the sump in the crawlspace by installing  an UltraSump with a battery backup. The addition of EverLast panels to the foundation walls took away any concerns of mold growing on the walls since they are totally inorganic and will not be effected by moisture at all. Once they agreed on the project, Joe helped get the installation on the calendar. The installation crew, led by Matt, were very thorough in their communication and showed their extensive knowledge in the job they were undertaking. It was comforting to know that they knew what they were doing and made sure Kimberly knew what they were doing each day. They completed the job and cleaned up, leaving Kimberly with a dry basement and peace of mind.
