WaterGuard and SaniDry Sedona Installation in Cicero, NY

Samantha has been living in her Cicero, NY home for nearly 5 years. Over the past year, she has begun to experience issues with water pooling in her basement, affecting her water heater and damaging her finished basement. Wanting to fix the issue and create a more usable space for her family, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of our WaterGuard and SaniDry Sedona systems. 

WaterGuard is a French drain system that collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air. With this combination of systems, Samantha can rest assured that her basement is permanently dry and usable.
