FlexiSpan, WaterGuard, TripleSafe, and SaniDry Sedona Installation in New Berlin, NY

John has been living in his New Berlin, NY home for five years. Over the last year, he has noticed issues with water entering his basement due to cracks in the foundation. Knowing that he wanted to finish the basement in preparation for selling the home, he decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the property, our Design Specialist suggested a combination of systems to repair the cracks and waterproof John's basement. 

First, the impermeable FlexiSpan system will be used to seal the foundation crack.  Next, WaterGuard, is a FrenchDrain system that is installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing.  The system then collects any water that seeps through the foundation walls, and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate protection against water intrusion, pumping 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona will be installed to eliminate damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air. With this combination of systems, John can rest assured that his home is permanently waterproofed and his property value is protected.
