Design Specialist, Andrew, provided a proposal with options to address their concerns. Our installation crew, led by James, installed Waterguard, a TripleSafe Sump, in order to keep their basement floors dry, and a Sanidry Sedona to keep the air in their home healthy. They also installed Carbon Armor straps to one of the walls that was bowing in. Now Rachel and Karl have peace of mind that their basement will stay dry and the foundation wall is stable for good.
