I appreciated when they've called me if a project can be scheduled sooner because of a cancelation, but since I can't answer the phone immediately while I'm at work= the representative has hung up a few rings too soon. This happened a couple of times but we eventually got it after a few call backs.
Bill Switzer did the initial evaluation and I appreciate the amount of time he made to thoroughly evaluate the situation, and then suggest a number of options with estimates.
Excellent. The foreman Matthew Olands and coworker (I can't remember his name) performed all the work. They did an absolutely outstanding job. And they cleaned up the entire site upon completion.
