Excellent communication with the company every step of the way.

Very professional and addressed any concerns that I had.

James Smith along with Matt and Ed were easily the best crew I've ever dealt with. I was surprised to find them actually working the entire day. Yes they took a short lunch, but no goofing off on their phones or anything else for that matter. Everything was explained and laid out as to be easy to understand and comprehend. The workmanship was top notch and I truly felt as though they gave me the best possible install. They worked with the town of Salina codes enforcement to make sure everything was completed to code and satisfactory to the Inspectors. Because of the way my job presented itself once begun Jim, Matt & Ed all decided to go to a beefed up header to insure that this install would never have any issues. I was able to stand in when Jim explained the Install to the Inspectors, and they looked and stated they were impressed with the extra work(header) that was done to insure a solid install.

Area looked as though nothing was done...very through clean up.
