Commercial Sales Rep

Requirements:
· High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
· 1 + year of sales experience preferred
· Strong networking and presentation skills
· Knowledge of construction priciples preferred
· Valid NYS driver’s license
Compensation:
· 8% of Net Sales for jobs sold using special pricing format
· Payment terms: 3% upon deposit, remaining 5% upon receipt of final customer check
