The Trainer will play a crucial role in the development, coordination, and delivery of training for the company. This individual will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and facilitating trainings to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across the company. The Trainer will collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and then ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Supports the company’s leadership team, purpose, mission, and values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with managers to identify the training needs of departments. Then facilitate, organize and deliver training making full use of the networks learning platforms, materials, and resources whenever possible. Fill any remaining training needs by creating and delivering custom training programs.
Network Training Platforms: The Hub, New Hire Kits, Learning Center, Supportworks Way, CN Learn, School of Entrepreneurship, etc.
o Delivery
Conduct trainings for new and existing employees.
Incorporate new and existing training resources and learning courses within the networks to ensure consistency in training content.
Gather feedback from participants and managers at the end of trainings to improve instructional techniques, comprehension, and retention of materials.
o Collaboration
Work closely with department managers, HR, and other leaders to identify ongoing training needs.
Collaborate with network Coaches, Trainers, and Managers to implement the best training practices and materials.
o Integration
Utilize company tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Stay current with company and network technology updates and advancements to train departments.
o Purpose, Mission, and Values
Lives out the company’s purpose, mission, and values.
Provides remarkable customer experience.
