Ron and Debbie had a barn on their property in Port Crane that was in need of foundation repair. Their barn had wood rot and other problem areas. Ryan has been living in his Camden, NY home since 2017.  Over the past couple of years, he has noticed issues with his foundation crumbling.  To help aid in future renovation projects, to maintain value, and to have a more usable basement, Ryan decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the SmartJack system and SaniDry Sedona would be the optimal solutions for repairing Ryan's damaged foundation.  

The SmartJack system helps provide solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.  Additionally, the SaniDry Sedona is the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system.  The SaniDry eliminates damp, musty odors and filters mold spores, dust mite droppings, and other particles.  This combination of systems will ensure that the foundation is fully supported and the space is dry and usable, giving Ryan the peace of mind that he can continue renovating the space while maintaining property value. 

Stephen has been living in his Camden, NY home since 2018. Recently, he has begun to notice issues with standing water in his basement, and knowing that he wanted to potentially refinish the space in the future, he decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of the CleanSpace, TripleSafe, and SaniDry Sedona systems to help fully waterproof Stephen's basement. 

The CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier will first be installed to protect against mold growth and humidity. Next, the TripleSafe sump pump will be installed to provide the ultimate protection against water intrusion, pumping out 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system will help to eliminate damp and musty odors. With this combination of systems in place, Stephen can rest assured that his home is permanently waterproofed.
