A concrete patio in Dryden, NY was cracked and settling. The cracks allowed more water to seep under the slab, furthering the problem, and the unlevel concrete was creating trip hazards. After learning about PolyLevel and NexusPro on our Facebook page, the Dryden homeowners scheduled their free estimate. Design Specialist Tim measured the slab and provided a same-day proposal for them. They agreed on the solution and scheduled the work to be installed. The job was assigned to the crew led by Foreman, Richard. He and his team wrapped up with the job efficiently and cleanly leaving a leveled slab with cracks all sealed.
A testimonial letter from one of our preferred customers. Woodford Bros jacked, rigged, and lifted Richard's camp 12'' higher in elevation and replaced original post, piers, and footings to support the structure in multiple places.
Richard addressed the letter to Jillian the Customer Care Manager and thanked her for all the support and help throughout the project. Richard also spoke highly of Bill and his crew saying "they were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job." Richard was so pleased he asked us to send him some WBI t-shirts for his wife's Christmas stocking.
"My wife will be surprised to find a Woodford Bro's shirt in the toe of her stocking."
In Henderson, NY, the homeowner faced a problem with their home's foundation needing urgent stabilization. The before photo highlights the failing structure, showcasing bowing and compromised foundation walls. Our team at Woodford Bros., Inc. expertly addressed this with the installation of the EverBrace Wall Restoration System, which secured the weakened walls, and the SmartJack system for reinforcing the crawl space beams. Both solutions now ensure long-term stability and safety, as seen in the after photo. We take pride in delivering reliable, lasting results for homes in need.

Cheryl loves her home in Pennellville. She has been there for 20 years. One day she noticed that the crawlspace under her addition was causing her home to lose heat. The crawlspace was also holding moisture that was causing mold to grow. The moisture was also causing the wooden flooring system to remain wet, which can lead to further damage. She became concerned for health and her property value. She heard about Woodford Brothers on TV so she gave us a call.
Our Customer Care team set her up with an appointment with our Design Specialist, Rob. Rob payed her home a visit and after a full inspection he proposed a plan to fix the crawlspace for good. Rob set an installation date for our Crew Foreman James to start her project. First, James and his crew regraded the floor in the crawlspace and hauled away all the wet pink insulation that was between the floor joists. Then we installed insulation on the interior walls and the dirt floor. We then lined the entire space with our Cleanspace liner to seal off all outside air. We even cut out a section of wall and installed an Everlast door so that Cheryl will now have easy access to the space which can now be used as added storage space! Finally, the project was finished off by installing the awesome Sanidry Sedona air system.
Now, instead of the crawlspace under the addition being a cause for concern, it is a beautiful, healthy, usable space.
