This Baldwinsville home was built in 1814. The home owner has been living in this over 100 year old home for around 30 years. His basement floors had been getting wet more often recently. When he heard about Woodford Brothers and our free estimates he decided to call the office to schedule an appointment with a Design Specialist. The day of the appointment Design Specialist, Joe, took careful measurements and assessed the situation. He drew up the options and presented them to the home owner. Once a plan was in place, an installation date was scheduled. The day of the installation came and Foreman Zach and his crew made quick work of installing the Drytrak system with a TripleSafe sump. Zach and crew also installed Cleanspace on the walls to ensure any leakage from the wall would be directed into the Drytrak system to keep the floors dry. By adding a Sanidry Sedona basement air system the air in the basement, and ultimately the whole home, will be of higher quality. Now the owner of this early 19th century home in B'ville will have peace of mind that his basement is dry and healthy.
