One month after pouring a concrete deck around his inground pool in Port Byron, NY, Mike realized that water had caused the soil to wash out. Once the soil that supports the concrete can no longer support the weight of the concrete, it is likely to settle and crack. Luckily, Mike called Woodford Brothers. Our Design Specialist, Erik, provided a free, no-obligation estimate complete with a thorough inspection and a same-day proposal. Erik and Mike agreed that void filling with PolyLevel was the best way to ensure the slabs were supported for good in order to preserve the concrete slab for as long as possible. On the day of installation, Richard and his crew got straight to work and quickly and expertly installed the PolyLevel underneath the slab with minimal disruption. Now that all of the voids are filled with highly dense PolyLevel foam, the ground can be backfilled around the pool deck, bringing peace of mind to Mike and his family.
