The owners of this home, built in the 1800's, noticed that their foundation was starting to fail and it seemed to be getting worse. A section of the original stone foundation had previously been replaced with blocks but they were settling and deteriorating. In circumstances when the wall is not in a condition to be lifted, we have experienced crews that can remove and replace foundations when needed. In order to help bring peace of mind to the homeowners, we excavated the foundation, removed the old failing blocks and poured a brand new footer. We then created a new section of block wall tied to the original foundation. The final result is a new foundation wall that the home owners can rely on to properly support their home.

By adding a Sanidry Sedona, the damp basementy smell would be eliminated and the humidity would be under control. Our installation crew, led by Zach, put the entire system in place and kept Sam in the loop for the entire process. When they were all done they picked up and left the place cleaner than they found it. Sam now had peace of mind that there will no longer be water on his basement floor after it rains.
