In Leonardsville, NY, a homeowner faced issues with a previously unencapsulated crawl space, leading to concerns about cleanliness and stability. As you can see from the before photo, the uncontrolled moisture threatened the foundation's integrity. Our team expertly installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system and the SmartJack system. These systems turned the area into a dry, stable foundation. Notice in the after photo, with CleanSpace and SmartJack installed, we ensured foundational support and long-lasting protection against moisture and structural concerns, exemplifying our commitment to quality service and proven solutions. 

Mary purchased a beautiful century old, new to her home in Sauquoit.  In order to protect her investment, prevent water damage, and prevent mold growth that could lead to health problems she thought it best install a vapor barrier between the earth and the home. Being familiar with Woodford Brothers she called our office to schedule a free estimate. Upon inspection, our Design Specialist provided her with a same day proposal that included adding a sump to the crawlspace, encapsulating the crawlspace using our Cleanspace system and also some additional floor support for a section of the home where the floors had begun to slope. Using our SmartJack system, we were able to stabilize the floor permanently. Now Mary knows her health and her home's value is protected from water damage and bad air quality caused by mold.

The coldest room in this 1880's built home had sloping floors. By insulating the walls and encapsulating the crawlspace, the outside air is now blocked from coming in. Using our SmartJack system we stabilized the floors. The SmartJack system is made up of glavanized steel beams and jacks. The jacks are capable of supporting up to 50,000 pounds each and are strong enough to be used to adjust and lift the floors back up.
