Before tackling this basement waterproofing problem in Theresa, NY, our customer faced hours of manually removing significant amounts of water. Fortunately, Woodford Bros. sprung into action. By implementing the TripleSafe Sump Pump, SaniDry Sedona, and DryTrak systems, we effectively transformed this previously flooded basement. As you can see in the after photo, we not only made the basement dry but also ensured a durable, worry-free solution, honoring our mission to deliver a remarkable experience and lasting reliability back into their home. 

Susan has been living in her Redwood, NY home for over 11 years. Over the past couple of years, she had begun noticing issues with water coming into her basement. Wanting to maintain her home and property value, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the basement, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of several of our basement waterproofing systems including WaterGuard, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and the PowerBrace system. 

WaterGuard is a French drain system that is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate level of protection, pumping up to 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Finally, the PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provides the potential to straighten walls over time. With this combination of systems installed, Susan can rest assured that her basement is permanently waterproofed and her property value protected.
