Over the summer, the concrete driveway on this Watertown property formed cracks that were getting progressively worse. The cracks were getting wider and the home owner was noticing that the concrete was settling and becoming more and more uneven. The water that was getting through the cracks was creating more problems and it was even affecting the basement. After finding Woodford Brothers on the internet he scheduled a free estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Joe, measured the concrete and the cracks and provided a same day proposal. Our installation crew, led by James, made quick work of lifting the concrete back into the proper position with PolyLevel followed by sealing up all the cracks with NexusPro. The home owner now has peace of mind that the driveway and walkways are stable and water will no longer be flowing beneath the slab.

After a thorough inspection of the carriage house by our Design Team, a proposal was presented to Justin & Sarah to lift and level the floors.
The major component of Justin & Sarah’s restoration project is the installation of SmartJacks. Each SmartJack helps reduce the slop of floors, and straighten walls and floors. The SmartJack System is used to stabilize and level the girders and floor joist of the structure. The heavy-duty, threaded rods are designed to lift the floors back to the original position and immediately provides stabilization.
