EverBrace, SmartJack, and CleanSpace Installation in Marcellus, NY

Kevin has been living in his Marcellus, NY home for 30 years.  Since first moving in he has noticed worsening issues with his foundation and has grown increasingly concerned that the foundation wall will fail. Kevin decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the use of several different foundation repair systems would be necessary to fully ensure the permanent stabilization of Kevin’s basement and foundation.  Most notably, our EverBrace, SmartJack, and Cleanspace systems were suggested.  

 

First, the CleanSpace Wall System will be installed to help hold back any water and moisture that is accessing the basement, redirecting it out of the space.  Next, the EverBrace system will permanently restore the failing foundation walls.  With EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls, and then rigid foam is injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels.  Next SmartJacks will be installed under the main beams in order to provide additional support to the home's foundation by supporting sagging and undersized beams in the crawlspace.
