Peter has been living in his lakefront Cazenovia, NY home since 2000.  For the past couple of years he has been getting water in his basement, and has been unable to resolve the issue himself and didn't know where to start.  In an effort to get the problem resolved professionally, Peter decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection of the property, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of solutions would be necessary to fully waterproof the basement, including WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, and the TripleSafe and SuperSump Plus systems. 

WaterGuard and TrenchDrain will be installed around the perimeter of the basement, collecting water and transferring it to the SumpPump.  The Sump Pump systems will then pump any water collected out of the home, providing permanent protection against a damp basement.  By choosing these systems, Peter will ensure that his home and basement are permanently safeguarded against water damage. 

Joe recently moved into his Cazenovia, NY home and noticed issues with the floors bowing and sagging, making the doors in the home stick, and unable to shut.  In order to gain peace of mind in his new home, Joe decided that he would contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of solutions would be the best choice to stabilize Joe's floors, including the SmartJack system and CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. 

When the joists in a crawl space begin to sag due to age, mold, or pest damage, the floors above them begin to sag and buckle leading to issues in the home.  The SmartJack system provides a permanent solution to these problems, effectively leveling and stabilizing damaged crawl spaces, and preventing further settlement.  Additionally, the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system addresses threats to your crawl space such as outside air, excess moisture, and pests, creating a clean, dry crawl space.  Together these two systems will ensure that Joe's crawl space and home are permanently protected and stabilized.

The Woodford wall works by creating an area under the footer that the water can clearly flow out.
