Gerard and his family love their inground pool in Sauquoit. The only problem was that the concrete slab was cracked and sinking near the pool stairs. Not only did this allow water to pool up and penetrate under the slab but it was a dadngerous tripping hazard. What could be done? Gerard learned about us and the Polylevel process on Facebook and decided to call us for a free estimate. Our Design Specialist headed out to the home to perform a thorough inspection and provide a same day proposal. Since replacing the slab all together was not a viable option, why not just lift it back up? Our crew was able to do just that by drilling pea sized holes into the concrete and injecting our Polylevel expanding foam. Polylevel is a specially engineered for this exact application, the Polylevel starts out as a liquid at first at fill every gap and void. As it expands it is strong enough to lift the concrete in a controlled manor until it is back to it's original position. Gerard also decided that since we would be there repairing the pool deck why not protect the rest of the concrete on the property? The crew also applied our Nexuspro product to the control joints and cracks to prevent water intrusion below the slab. The last step was to coat all the concrete with our Sealantpro concrete sealing product. Filling gaps and sealing the concrete will protect it from future damage.
