Woodford Bros. recently tackled an important project for a homeowner in Pittsford, NY, who was looking to begin a series of renovations on their home. Before starting on any exterior projects, they wanted to address the more pertinent issue of water in the basement. Our team began with a free inspection and estimate to assess what the best solution might be.

Peter lived in his home for 25 years. About 5 years before he bought the home there had been a water main leak. This caused the soil around the pool to become saturated which allowed the concrete around the pool to settle.  The settling created cracks and uneven concrete. Water would pool up on the concrete in some areas as well. Peter heard about Woodford Brothers from a television commercial and decided to give us a call. 

When he called us he was greeted by our Customer Care representative who set an appointment with our Design Specialist. The Design Specialist drove to Peter's house to perform an inspection and provide a same day proposal. Once the plan was in place and the decision was made to fix the problem, our Design Specialist set an installation date. Our Foreman and his crew headed out to Pittsford to inject our specially designed PolyLevel foam to lift the concrete and fill the voids under the concrete. We also filled in any cracks and control joints with our specially formulated NexusPro product. 

Now the concrete is lifted and the voids are filled. Peter can rest assured that his property value is maintained and there are no more worries about the pool deck.
