Challenge
In Auburn, NY, a homeowner faced significant foundation wall cracking, raising serious concerns about the structural integrity of the home and jeopardizing its resale value. The visible damage highlighted the urgent need for professional intervention.
Solution
To resolve the issue, we installed the PowerBrace system, a strong, zinc-plated wall support solution. Custom-fit steel beams were anchored securely in place, as shown in the after photo, to immediately stabilize the foundation walls. This patented system is designed for long-term performance, with the ability to be tightened over time to prevent further inward movement and even reverse signs of wall failure.
