Our Design specialist made a clear plan to fix the dropping floor. Then in early February, our crews installed a foundation repair system called Smartjacks. We install our Smartjacks into the floor with concrete. Now Charlie and Ladis can sleep with peace of mind knowing their home is back on a solid foundation.

Everbrace and WaterGuard Installation in Cincinnatus, NY

Corey has recently moved to his Cincinnatus, NY property, and had some concerns with the structural integrity of the home as well as some issues with water in the basement.  To make the basement safer, and more suitable for storage, Corey decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist recommended the installation of our EverBrace and WaterGuard systems to repair Corey's basement.  

 

The EverBrace Wall Restoration System permanently stabilizes the most extreme cases of failing foundation walls.  With EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls.  Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing walls to the new support panels.  Additionally, WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing.  The system then collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump.  By installing these systems, Corey can have the peace of mind that his home is fully protected and will have a dry, usable space in his basement.
