Basement Waterproofing in Cortland, NY

In Cortland, NY, this homeowner was having issues with a clogged gutter. This caused water to spill over from his defective gutters and begin affecting his basement. To fix this issue, we replaced his existing gutters with our proven no-clog GutterShutter system. To further protect his basement, we installed our CleanSpace wall protection system to help direct water from the walls down to our perimeter FlowGard interior drainage system, which directs the water to our TripleSafe Sump Pump system. To further protect the basement from mold and moisture in the air, we installed the SaniDry dehumidification system, which discharges collected water directly into the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
