WaterGuard and TripleSafe Installation in Marcellus, NY

Melanie has been living in her Marcellus, NY home for nearly five years. Since moving in, she has noticed the hill in her backyard caving in, leading to water intrusion in her basement. Wanting to be proactive and protect her home from further water damage, she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an inspection of the problem, our Design Specialist suggested the use of the WaterGuard and TripleSafe systems to help waterproof Melanie's basement. 

WaterGuard is a French drain system that is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the TripleSafe sump pump provides the ultimate protection for wet basements, pumping 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. With these systems installed, Melanie can rest assured that her home's basement is permanently waterproofed and protected.
