WaterGuard and SaniDry Sedona Installation in Chazy, NY

Victor has been living in his Chazy, NY home for 30 years. Since living there, he has experienced consistent issues with the basement flooding in the spring, and constant humidity in the space. Knowing that he may want to sell the home in the future, he wanted to protect the property value, so he decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an inspection of the home, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of our WaterGuard and SaniDry Sedona systems to fully waterproof Victor's basement. 

WaterGuard is a French drain system that is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the SaniDry Sedona system will then be installed to address the humidity issue. The SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air. With these systems in place, Victor can rest assured that his basement is fully waterproofed and the property value is protected.
