From the salesperson down to the final installation crew, we were very satisfied with our experience. We would have no qualms recommending Woodford Bros. to anyone.
The foreman and all the men who worked on our project were tremendous. The crew was prompt, went right to work and worked exceptionally hard, especially because of the circumstances with our front porch, they needed to dig out our failing foundation by hand. Dirt and rocks needed to be removed in buckets. Later, they needed to fill the area with fresh stone - also in buckets by hand. Yet for all their hard work, they maintained a positive and jovial spirit throughout the project. Additionally, they were friendly and professional in every way. While I'm no expert, I was amazed at the skill and quality of their workmanship. The finished product looks outstanding.
