Austin Falso-West

Austin currently lives in Cortland, NY, where he enjoys swimming, fishing, hiking, and traveling. Some of his biggest accomplishments include getting healthy and staying that way, and purchasing his new car. Austin provides a WOW customer experience by making sure their opinions and ideas are heard, and cleaning up after the job is done, making it seem like we were never there. He is hard working, able to retain information, and is adaptable, and easy to work with, making him a valuable member of our team.
