What We’re Looking For in a Foreman: In this role, you will lead a crew specializing in concrete lifting and leveling installations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This includes motivating and guiding team members, performing and overseeing technical tasks using specialized equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. You’ll also be expected to communicate professionally with customers, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience that sets us apart from other contractors. Above all, you’ll represent the company with integrity and professionalism, helping to uphold our reputation for excellence.
