We implemented a comprehensive, long-term solution beginning with the installation of the CleanSpace vapor barrier to block moisture and prevent mold growth. To address the risk of flooding, we installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump system, which offers triple-layer protection and ensures continuous operation even during power outages. Additionally, we integrated the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system to efficiently channel water to the sump pump, hidden discreetly beneath the concrete floor. To further control humidity and improve air quality, we included the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, reducing allergens and musty odors.
