We are currently interviewing for the following positions:


Field Assistant:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious people to work with a foreman and assist in the installation of the company's waterproofing, foundation repair, radon mitigation, and basement finishing products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Some travel is required. Because our aim is to be the best in our industry and "wow" our customers, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent skills/ability (we will train on specifics) AND the ability/desire to provide excellent service to our customers. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and a pre-employment drug screen are required. OSHA certification is a plus but not required.



Foreman:

We are looking for a hands-on foreman with at least one year of experience to be responsible for the installation of the company's waterproofing, foundation repair, radon mitigation, and basement finishing products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Our foremen work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay and benefits. Some travel is required. Because our aim is to be the best in our industry and "wow" our customers, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent skills/ability (we will train on specifics) AND the ability/desire to provide excellent service to our customers. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and a pre-employment drug screen are required. OSHA certification is a plus but not required.



Design Specialist (Sales):

We are looking for EXPERIENCED sales professionals to RUN self-generated and company-provided leads and CLOSE sales in the foundation repair, basement waterproofing and encapsulation, Total Basement Finishing, and radon mitigation. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments).

The ideal candidate will have in-home sales experience. You MUST have verifiable and STABLE sales experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus.

The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first. Must be comfortable with 100% paid commission (paid training is provided).



Customer Service/Coal Counter:

Woodford Bros., Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team to manage and maintain our coal sales counter. No specific experience is required however this individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers in person and on the phone both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls. Weekends are required during the fall, winter, and spring months. This is a full time position. Hourly pay is starts at $10 an hour.



Coal Delivery/Material Handling:

Woodford Bros./Coal Division is looking for a person to load and deliver coal to customers and to assist with organizing/loading construction materials. Heavy lifting of 50 pounds and over is required. High school diploma or equivalent, a pre-employment drug screen, and valid driver's license are required.
